Where can I purchase your flag?

At the present time you can purchase our flag at The King Center Gift Shop or on our web site www.rossflags.com. We will be establishing relationships with retailers and flag distributors and update our web site as the relationships develop.

What are some dates you recommend the flag can be displayed?

We recommend displaying the flag to celebrate the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. The holiday is celebrated on the third Monday in January. February is Black History Month. We also recommend displaying the flag anytime you feel it is appropriate to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., his teachings and message of non-violence and equality.

Why is Ross Flags and Design able to sell a flag with the image of Dr. King displayed?

Ross Flags and Design LLC has been granted rights by Intellectual Properties Management (exclusive Licensor of the King Estate) to manufacture and distribute a flag honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Purchase of our flag helps continue the memory and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Do you have a fund-raising or young entrepreneurs program?

We are currently working on a program for fundraising. We are also interested in organizing a young entrepreneurs program. If you are interested in either program, please contact us at info@rossflags.com . Allowing our youth to be involved is a top priority of Ross Flags and Design LLC.

How do I clean my flag?

Hand wash or spot clean with cold water. Lay flat to dry. We recommend dry cleaning when possible. Add cool iron to reduce wrinkles.

200-denier Nylon.

Where is my flag manufactured?

Our flags are 100% made in the U.S.A. by Valley Forge Flag Company.

When will my order be shipped?

Ross Flags and Design LLC ships USPS Priority mail. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days.

What are your shipping charges?

For shipments to destinations within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), shipping and handling charges are listed below.

What is Ross Flags and Design return policy?

All returns are subject to management approval. You may return or exchange any item that is defective. Merchandise credit will be issued for the price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase. Merchandise returned more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return. Please contact us at (909) 597-8600 or info@rossflags.com if you have merchandise that must be returned.

What is your returned check policy?

Ross Flags and Design will accept your check by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (RFT) system. In the event that the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or, if a paper check is accepted, and the check is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State and Federal law, or $20.00 or more (which may include fees, collection costs, and applicable state taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via a paper draft.
